There's a design for the Canada fangirl t-shirts up at my journal. I'm waiting to get a sample shirt before people can start ordering, but as long as there are no major outcries, these are the designs we'll be working with for shirts.

The due South version is under construction, but may run afoul of the Cafe Press rules.

If you have BIG problems with Cafe Press ( I'm guessing that's a t-shirt printing company) then drop me a line ( bertybertle at yahoo dot co dot uk). Logistics would be a nightmare because I live in the UK - but we own a textile print company... and DAMMIT I WANT one of those due South shirts!

It's not so much big problems as it is worry about the image I wanted to use. I think I'll be able to work it out, but I'm putting it off until the first set of shirts are ready for people to order. Oddly enough, I'm told I have an actual life that needs tending to once in a while.

And (because Cafe Press has horrible international shipping rates) the designs themselves are going to be CC licensed--so people don't have to order from CP if they don't want to. Which would be handy for you, I bet. *g*

Thanks for the offer, though--and if we do end up having a big problem, I may take you up on it!

Oh boy. In general, it's an expression of glee. Like somebody with their arms up in the air. Specifically, there's a music video with Paul Gross, in which he throws his arms above his head and shouts "Hey!" like the world's biggest dork. I'm not quite clear on the steps from general to specific, but somebody made the connection, and now \o/ always means "Paul Gross arms!" and is an expression of glee in dorktastic proportions.
