Yes, I'm not giving up on the idea. Here's a little weekend reading.

Three years is an age in this fandom, so I think this series rates as a classic.

This is a long and fairly angsty trip to a possible happy future. Both Ben and Ray are still dealing with the fallout from past relationships and old habits seem to dog them at every turn. Plus Ray's past intrudes fairly violently into the present. Once that's over there's another case to work on, and really, I have a thing for case-stories. It's good to have the boys working together and focussing on something else besides wanting to fuck each other blind but thinking that the other is not interested! Don't worry, they do get their quota of fucking in, and there is hope that they've finally got their shit together by the end, although not without a classic Bob head-kicking.

I just wanted to say--thank you so much for keeping on with this. And I've never read this story, believe it or not, which only goes to show...there's still depths to this fandom we haven't explored!

Well, seriously, if you want to try to recruit some folks to keep going, you're obviously not only welcome to post with flashback icons here at noticeboard but to keep posting over there if you can get enough people together. I feel like I used up ever favor I had getting counts> 42? people to play? We could try, I suppose, on a crackvan system--one person, four recs a month, but then again, crackvan imitated US and they're still doing DS recs there, I think.
