Hi guys, I was just wondering if anybody knows what that piano motif that is played in almost every episode, and usually right near the end, is called and if it is available on either of the Soundtracks?

Hope I've made myself clear... :S I love that 10 seconds of music, it just is Due South!

I'm pretty sure it is "Western End of the Trail," as others have mentioned, so this is mostly a shout out to say that I love it too!
