Hello! We are having a fangirl (and boy, where applicable) con! It will be in Seattle on March 28-30, 2008! It'll be just like Muskrat Jamboree, only with, like, MOOSE, and also planned by people who have no idea what they're doing! \o/ It will officially be called "Pacificon," but we have taken to calling it our "Bitchin' Party," because Dante's Cove has destroyed our souls. Also, "pacificon" was taken as an LJ comm. There is an entire day and ethnic/holiday tradition about the Polish version of jelly doughnuts. These are called Paczki and of course, Paczki Day. (Wiki article here)

Does anyone else think this would be Diefenbaker's All Time Favorite Holiday? Honestly, as a topic I thought it was simply rife with dS ficcy goodness.
