The AO3 collection for RayV day can be found here. Rules, intro, etc, are all in the parent collection. It's just about that time, so please feel free to begin posting things there now! However, go live is still Monday, so only you and I(? this is my first ao3 collection, and I'm still figuring out how it works) will be able to see what you’ve posted until then.

Once again, please use the tag "dsvb challenge" so I can find you if there are any unforeseen problems with posting to the collection, etc.

I have to say, the idea was inspired. I was cross with myself that I didn't have enough time to do more - as you may have noticed I love RayV fiercely (though the dS troll thinks I hate him, and have gone over to the 'dark side' because I also love Kowalski.)

If this were to become an annual event I would be insanely happy. But even if this only a one off, it's made my day for the last few weeks.

Thank you! And you've done quite a bit! I've had a couple people mention I didn't give them enough time, and if this does become an annual thing I'll try and give more warning! But I also tend to lose steam and burn out with the months-long things, so I was trying to avoid that style of challenge/fest? I'll have to find a happy medium, I guess!

If it is not too horribly cheeky, could I help out next year? Not necessarily as a co-mod but as a 'communications officer' or cheerleader or something? I won't burn out on this one, I promise. You could give notice maybe a month earlier, I could run around squeeing in the mean time and egging people on, and you could do the really difficult stuff like setting up collections and tags. (Though I understand I'm being presumptuous, I just thought I'd offer.)

That would be absolutely fantastic, actually, and not presumptuous at all! I'm kind of realising that I could've really used some help, because as much of a blast as it's been, I've also given myself a lot of jobs to get done in a short amount of time.
Speaking of which, my lunch break's about over and I've really got to get back to work, but yes! We should talk about it more later! Maybe after the fest is over and I've had a moment to breath?
