I really enjoyed this--some great footage and some great music-to-picture moments. Great song choice. The introspection. Also, I must admit, it's lovely to have videos that show wonderful Vecchio-Fraser moments in them--the unspoken quality of their friendship.

YAY! Thank you so much. It's always nice to get feedback, but good feedback is even nicer:-)
And I agree about the Vecchio/Fraser moments - and what I loved, and tried to use, are the little things, not the big things. Like the closing the hospital gown, and giving him a bottle of water etc. I find those are the more important moments for me.

what program do you need to view these vids? Being a mac user and all... my quicktime isn't recognizing the vids that have been coming out.

It's not a stupid question at all, I should have thought about that. I'm not exactly sure at the moment, but give me a little bit and I'll come up with something for you.
Unless anyone else has any ideas how to watch .wmv files on a mac??

Yeah, as much as I loved RayK, I did like the Ray V character also, and I think the dynamic he had with Fraser was slightly different to that of Ray K (I have my own theories about why this is so, but I'll save that for another time:-)).

You've captured some great moments here, and the song is great for the feel you're going for.

For the Mac person above, there is a version of Windows Media Player for OSX. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp

YAY, thanks Bonspiel. I wasn't sure how to solve the Mac problem. Failing that, I do now also have a .mov version, which should be compatible with Quicktime. I won't put it up on the net, but if the Media Player idea doesn't work, xtricks feel free to email me and I'll get it to you somehow.

I really enjoyed the fanvid for due South set to Five For Fighting’s Superman. You are right and it is the perfect song for Fraser- why there aren’t a dozen songvids for him to this song, I just don’t know!

I particularly liked where you incorporated the images of Vecchio- I could come first and I could be anything I want I have the chance, that was excellent hinting of the canon to blow out the meanings of those lines in my opinion. (For pure fun enjoyment I liked your shots for I may be disturbed when Fraser is blind in the woods and I’m not crazy or anything with the camera on Dead!Bob- that is priceless.)

Anyway, I’m doing crack_van recs this month and on Friday we can rec fanvids and if you don’t mind I’d like to rec this one. (crack_van likes us to ask vidders permission before we rec them).

Thank you for your kind words about the vid. I just couldn't believe no one had used that song for him yet - it was so perfect. And as to your question, I don't mind at all if you rec my vid. The more ppl who hear about it the better. And thanks for thinking it's good enough to rec:-)
