Date: 2014-01-07 09:36 am (UTC)Also my first time writing het and it turns out that yes, it is MUCH harder than slash because of all those pesky gender stereotypes and the sexual double standard and the balance of power and equality that you can't take for granted when a man and a woman go to bed together and all these things I was theoretically aware of when choosing to write slash and which reared up to make het more complicated.
