Lovely... just lovely. Perfectly angst-ridden and sweet. I have a kink about Ray and his coping mechanisms, especially when he is so aware of how feeble the attempt will be. And there was dancing! Awesome! This was wonderful story.

And the stealth Canadian stuff cracked me up every time.

This was just terrific! I loved every bit of it, start to finish ( and I have a thing for Ray dancing, so it was *extra* yummy).

I could quote tons of it to you as favorite bits (including Ray's craving for honesty - just loved that idea), but I chose this, because I love how talking is almost an afterthought for Fraser, which is unusual and so really shows how much he's going on instinct and just feeling.

"Is this okay, Ray? I mean, have I overstepped... ?" Fraser looks flushed and as impatient as Ray has ever seen him. "I don't know how to do this. You have to tell me if I'm moving too fast or forgetting... should we talk about this first? I mean, if you need to talk, then of course we'll... but you need to tell me if there's something I'm supposed to do."

I adored this story. I got so choked up with Ray's pain knowing it was unnecessary. But that's what made it feel so real. Guy's suck at communicating, especially feelings.

I also liked the dorktastic dancing lessons with Welsh. And then adding Frannie! I love Welsh/Frannie.

Though I have to admit Fraser dancing in harmony with Ray totally melted me. Oh, and the sex was smoking too. :D
