It's Victoria Day up here in Freezerland. My neighbours celebrated with loud fireworks last night and today everyone will brave the beach even though it's much too cold for swimming. I'm not sure what any of that has to do with either Queen Elizabeth's or Queen Victoria's birthday, but then I wrote fanfic as a way of marking the date.
