Ok,so download AIM from <a href="http://www.download.com/AOL-Instant-Messenger-AIM-XP-2K/3000-2150_4-10515961.html?tag=lst-0-2"</a> and install it.
Then get yourself a screen name(should be step-by-step from the beginning).After that go to People->Send instant message.A box will pop up.Type one of our screen names in the "To:" and ask to be invited.
I haven't updated my version of AIM,so there maybe some slight differences,but the general idea is that.I hope that was half-coherent :P

Is the AIM program connected?Are you sure?Because it tells us you're not online.You must start the program and not turn it off and you should be able to see a buddy list(even if it's ampty)?

Alas, I am on a work computer, which is programmed to disallow certain things. I've logged into AIM several times, but it won't let me in. Apparently, something is preventing it. I keep getting "disallowed" messages. Ah, story of my life. Damn Damn Damn! I did so much want to chat with you guys!
