Announcing RCW 139: Toronto Holiday 2008 Convention

RCW 139: Toronto Holiday is official! Scheduled for August 15-17, 2008 RCW 139 returns to Toronto, Ontario Canada to bring fans of the television show Due South together once again. The convention venue is the Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville Hotel (the same location at the former Radisson hotel where RCW 139 was held in 1996-1999). This places the convention in the heart of all that Toronto has to offer.

New information will be forthcoming regarding convention details. These will be posted as they are determined.

CanCon 2008 Poll!

Now that stratfordbaby had announced the RCW 139 convention dates (August 15-17, 2008, in Toronto, ON) I've put together a poll of my own to gauge the interest in having a small, LJ-based, slash-oriented convention in Toronto around the same time as the big RWC con. People would have the option of attending both. If you're interested in hanging out with fangirls in Canada next year, please vote in the poll. You're not committing yourself to attending, and this will just help me figure out if there's interest in having an alterna-con.
