Looking for due South music

I've watched several episodes where this music has been played, and checked numerous lists and I can't seem to work out what it is.
So hopefully this is the right place to ask for a little help!

If anyone knows what this is, and better yet where to get it, I'd be very grateful, it's been driving me mad!
