FIC: Cry Wolf, a due South Virtual Season 5 (revisited) episode

Well... I did it.

The first part of the 'season pilot' for the virtual 5th season I started is up at 
ds_vs5

Wasn't beta'd alas, as most due South betas are also in the midst of their own stories, so I'm 100% to blame for any errors.

I promise the second part will take a while to write and be up, as they take awhile to do. 
The section before the LJ cut is a kind of script style pre commerical break intro to the story.

Have fun, hope you enjoy it and feel free to leave comments (construcitve crit is welcome too).  Also, anyone else
wanting to write an episode is welcome to give me a shout.  The production notes talk a little about what I hope to see in
this project.

Fiction: The Futility Of Duty

Hi there!

I have a new fic over at my journal, The Futility Of Duty, which was beta'ed by the divine torakowalski.

It's Bob!fic and manages to be death!fic as well, so consider that due warning. However, Tora considers it forgivable death!fic, and I consider it very cute death!fic.

Sergeant Robert Fraser RCMP, had his back pressed up against a tree when it came, the rough bark of the pine snatching with a thousand tiny hands at the nap of his jacket and his breath hard in his chest, when it came. When the angel came. At first there was just a glimmer of light, as if someone had dragged one of the spotlights from the hockey pond in Inuvik and set it amongst the trees. Impossibly shining in the half dark of the unelectrified forest, the unnatural strange amongst the natural world that Bob Fraser called his home and had done for many long and solitary years.
