Hm...I looked at the download page myself just a minute ago. You need to click on the light blue rectangular box that is toward the bottom center of the page. It opens up another tab with a plugin download, but that's just, like, an ad or something. Just close that out and the prompt for downloading the podfic should be on the original download page. In my case, it's a yellow bar at the bottom of the page. I have Windows Vista. Depending on what OS you have, the prompt may appear differently.
