It doesn't say it's open only to UK residents, but it might be. Confirmed, this is for UK residents only.

ETA: It's probably in Region 2 format, while North America players usually read Region 1. (Thanks, cherryice, I had meant to mention that!)

Just something to keep in mind: If it's from the UK, it's quite probably in Region 2 format, while North America players usually read Region 1. *G*
