Okay, this is the sign-up post!

Sign up by commenting on this post or this one. If there's a particular time when you don't want to be tagged, just say so. I will edit the post so there's a list of all participants.

I'll start it off on Monday by tagging someone and giving them a one-word prompt. When you're tagged, you make a dS/C6D fanwork of some kind within 24 hours: a fic, a podfic, a piece of art, a picspam, recs, meta, etc, and post it somewhere (your own journal or elsewhere) and link to it either at ds_noticeboard or at duesouth (don't post the work itself to these comms, though.) You can use the prompt if you want inspiration, or ignore it. If you want, you can make your work ahead of time. If you get tagged and you're swamped that day, just pass on the tag to someone else (don't forget to pass the prompt on, too).

When you've posted, tag someone who hasn't been tagged yet with a prompt by replying to their sign-up comment, which will be either on this post or on this one. Try to make the prompt reasonably open to interpretation--for example, a word like "spring" would be good, while a more narrow word like "cellphone" might make the promptee feel too constrained. I will cross people off as we go, and at the end, I'll make an index post, so you don't miss anything even if you don't follow both comms.

If it's good for creativity to go outside one's comfort zone, this is gonna be GREAT for me...'cause when it comes to "speed" writing I'm about as fast as RayK's turtle...but here goes, 'cause I <3 C6D and don't want to be left out of games with my fellow C6D'ers.

Best times to tag me : a Friday night, a Saturday morning or night. Worst time to tag me : day or night on a Thursday.

I was hoping to get tagged on Friday or Saturday or Sunday. I have a Monday appt with ophthamologist and will be having a procedure done that will affect my vision for at least that day, so possibly I won't be on the Net at all on Monday...and as I said on the first post in this thread, I hope that when my tag comes it's a Friday or Saturday or Sunday.
